28 of the 2,640 members of the 10-figure club were from the global casino and gaming sectors, according to Forbes' annual "World's Billionaires List" published this week. According to the business media source, the world's wealthiest individuals are worth a combined $12.2 trillion, down roughly $500 billion from the report from 2022. The number of billionaires has decreased since last year as well. LeBron James and Tiger Woods have made history as the first billionaire athletes to still be actively competing, according to Forbes, which is a first for the entire globe. James, a four-time NBA winner, is thought to have a $1 billion fortune. A 15-time major golf winner, Woods has a net worth of $1.1 billion.
