Former age obese capo arrested for illegal gambling at Long Island

A former acting capo of the Genovese crime family was found guilty of racketeering in connection with an illicit gambling operation in Lynbrook, Long Island, and given a 30-month prison sentence. Prosecutors claim that each facility made over $2,000 for the mob every day by operating poker games and "illegal joker poker-type gambling machines."
