Former Las Vegas policeman found guilty of robbing three casinos

After three hours of deliberation, a Las Vegas jury on Friday found a police officer guilty of stealing three casinos. In the early hours of Friday, the jury in federal court in Las Vegas declared their decision. As the verdict was being read, the defendant seemed to be quiet. According to the prosecution, the offender stole more than $164,000 from the Red Rock Resort, Aliante Hotel, and Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino. The offender was initially detained on February 27, 2022.

A police officer who suppose to help to secure properties is now responsible for stealing. It is unfortunate. The court should punish him severally because such is not expected from a police officer.

It is a pity and ironical that a policeman can still be found guilty of that. People might have been thinking that police would protect them against stealing and being robbed. Unfortunately, he was the culprit.
