Former Maryland casino operator settles *** harassment lawsuit

In order to resolve a lawsuit alleging sexual harassment and retaliation, Golden Entertainment Inc., the previous owner and operator of Rocky Gap Casino in Flintstone, Maryland, has agreed to pay $100,000.

It is claimed that Golden Entertainment broke a civil rights law. The incident started when a female bartender at Rocky Gap was forced to work next to a male coworker who touched her buttocks and made lewd remarks after she reported the abuse to the casino management.
