The former president of Resorts World Las Vegas, had his gaming licence terminated by the Nevada Gaming Commission after it was determined that he had not complied with statutory anti-money laundering regulations. The ruling comes after the culprit acknowledged a serious violation of regulatory compliance when he failed to submit a Suspicious Activity Report while serving as president of MGM Grand.
