Galaxy Entertainment may look to bid for Thailand integrated casino resort

Macau gaming operator Galaxy Entertainment Group (GEG) is set to enter the bidding process for an integrated resort license in Thailand, with plans to begin requesting proposals as early as mid-2025.

The information was revealed following a meeting between Galaxy management and investment banks during APAC Consumer Opportunities Corporate Day on January 8, 2025.

Galaxy Entertainment has expressed strong interest in participating in the integrated resort license bidding process in Thailand, with a focus on sites in Bangkok.
