Gambler's civil conspiracy lawsuit against Resorts World Las Vegas casino tossed

In Nevada, a federal judge dismissed a high-stakes gambler's lawsuit against Resorts World Las Vegas and its former president. The lawsuit claimed that Resorts World and the CEO permitted another gambler to harass the gambler.


The same day, the gambler was accused of past-posting bets at the blackjack tables by Resorts World in a complaint that was later turned into a criminal complaint with the Nevada Gaming Control Board.
