Gambling Commission mistakenly forwards more than 4,000 classified documents to Northern & Shell lawyers

In what is being called an "unprecedented blunder," the Gambling Commission gave over 4,000 confidential documents to Northern & Shell attorneys, according to those who attended the procedural hearing.

Since the Gambling Commission granted Allwyn the Fourth National Lottery license in 2022—the first time it was run by a business other than Camelot—the problems have persisted.
