The UK Gambling Commission revised its regulations on July 1st, mandating that all licensees submit their regulatory returns on a quarterly basis, no later than 28 days following the conclusion of the reporting period.
In addition to contributing to the commission's goals outlined in its Corporate Strategy 2024–2027 to use data and analytics to make gambling regulation more effective, quarterly returns support the commission's mission to be a risk-based, outcomes-focused, evidence-led regulator.
