Gambling firm Playtech says biggest client is refusing to pay them

The largest customer of gaming software provider Playtech, the Mexican gambling website Caliplay, has allegedly refused to pay Playtech for its services because of an ongoing legal battle.

According to Playtech, there are unpaid fees totaling €122 million from 2023 and 2024. Even though Playtech stated that it was "highly probable" that it would be able to collect the money through the courts, it nevertheless included the amount in its revenue and profit.
 
If the company provided services for the platform they are definitely eligible for their payment and no one can actually stop them from having their payment if the company does not pay them they can certainly launch the court case against them which can surely go in their favour and they can get their money with the company accused of is not paying to them in a proper manner on time which should be done by the company
