Following a set of terms released on January 24, Gaming Innovation Group and Palasino Malta, a division of Trans World Hotels & Entertainment, have fully finalized their deal. The agreement will become effective in the first quarter of 2023 and has an initial period of five years. GiG will make available its content management, front-end delivery, and player account management tools through the cooperation, enabling TWHE to extend its retail operations online through Palasino.com and creating prospects in a number of mature and emerging online markets.
