The previously announced US$395 million purchase of Bally's Kansas City Casino and Bally's Shreveport Casino & Hotel's land and real estate assets from Bally's Corporation has been finalised by Gaming and Leisure Properties. Situated on the Missouri River in Kansas City, Missouri, Bally's Kansas City Casino recently underwent a $70 million expansion and makeover. With more than 900 slot machines, 24 table games, and more than 50 video poker and keno terminals, the resort boasts a 42,000 square foot casino.
