Gaming Realms, a leading provider of mobile-focused gaming content, has acquired a ISO27001 certificate which will enable the company to enter into new regulated markets.
The international accreditation further outlines Gaming Realms’ commitment to information security standards and is used by many jurisdictions as a regulatory benchmark.
The certification is awarded when a set level of standards is reached following a rigorous inspection of privacy management systems and procedures, ensuring best practices in this discipline.
ISO27001 accreditation is a pre-requisite for entering markets such as Greece and Switzerland and is also used by World Lottery Association (WLA) members to ensure privacy and data security standards are met.
Peter Russell, CTO at Gaming Realms, said: “This accreditation demonstrates our commitment to responsible data management and showcases how seriously our company takes protecting information.
