Gamstop registrations reach 500,000 milestone

Since its launch in April 2018, Gamstop, the national self-exclusion scheme for online gambling in the UK, has registered over 500,000 users.

Due to some registrants who resumed gambling after a period of exclusion, over 440,000 people are currently excluded via the platform. Gamers have the option to ban themselves from any gambling website that holds a Gambling Commission license for a period of six months to five years.
