Genesis Global declares bankruptcy and fires all employees

According to the Times of Malta, on December 23, Genesis Global informed all 140 of its staff members via letter that they'd be laid off.
The letter stated that the corporation had "commenced proceedings in the judiciary of Malta to be proclaimed insolvent previously this week." "Regrettably, as a response of this, your employment has been designated redundant."

Oh what a pity to the management and staff of Genesis Global. It is bad experience to them. I share in their pain and believe they would bounce back. I hereby suggest that they shouldn't just lay off their workers without making adequate provisions for them.
