Genting Malaysia fires back at Bahamas Casino Resort over false claims

In response to a lawsuit brought by Bahamas Casinos Resort World Bimini, Genting Malaysia has reacted and promised to fight the allegation vigorously. Accusations have been levelled against Genting over shifting group liabilities into its Bahamas subsidiaries. Genting, however, has vehemently denied the allegations, characterizing "the Complaint as baseless and totally without merit" in a filing.

If the accusations and claims are false and have no proof then the company definitely has the right to fight against any of the activity that is aimed at making them devalued in the market actually indeed which is never a good thing indeed
