GeoComply acquires investment in Betting Hero

With FansUnite Entertainment, FansUnite US, and Hero Group Corporation, GeoComply Solutions has finalized a deal.

According to this agreement, FansUnite will pay Hero Group Corporation $37.5 million for all issued and outstanding shares of FansUS, the company that runs the Betting Hero business, subject to customary working capital and cash adjustments.
