GeoComply blocked Iowa police from using information in college students investigation

The Des Moines Register notes that last month, the geolocation technology company GeoComply blocked the Iowa Department of Criminal Investigation from using its software. That's when the business found out that investigators were monitoring athletes' betting patterns in University of Iowa residence halls using the software.
With the help of GeoComply technology, online bookmakers can make sure that the only people placing bets are those who are physically present within the boundaries of the states in which they have licenses.

In my opinion it should not be important for a person to be presented location to make betting and this thing is actually in my opinion certainly very strict and size actions should always go against the bookmaker but you cannot always put the case on the book makers as they always healthy upper side in most of the matters indeed
