GiG prepares to dissolve as Brown ends all CEO duties

Gaming Revolution Association (GRA) has proclaimed that, starting from now, Richard Brown has concluded all responsibilities as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Nasdaq-registered online gaming platform and media services provider. The forthcoming departure of Brown was formally declared to GRA stakeholders on the 29th of May, 2023. Brown is anticipated to assume the role of the fresh CEO of Glitnor Group commencing in January 2024, whereby he will oversee the management of the diverse online gaming consortium.

It's always a shame to lose an experienced CEO. However, these things happen and Brown may have wanted a new challenge. GiG has good people throughout the organization who can help guide the company during the interim.
