A Glasgow organization that helps the city's senior population has received a big financial boost.
The National Lottery Community Fund gave Glasgow's Great Generation (GGG), which has supported seniors for nearly 75 years, £65,000 in funding.
The charity applauded the funding increase, which came amid the rising cost of living problem, noting that many of its clients "are vulnerable and live with impairments" and "are most impacted by the situation."
