Micro Thunder Series VI on Global Poker kicked off this week as the social poker series runs from Sept. 10-17.
The Global Poker Thunder Series VI is the site's biggest Micro Thunder Series yet and features 37 Gold Coins and 37 Sweeps Coins events with GC 26,775,000 and SC 75,700 in guaranteed prizes.
There have already been several winners in the series that will culminate with Main Events on Sunday, Sept. 16 and Gods of Thunder events on Sept. 17, which will feature the winners of all previous tournaments in the series.

"Skeezer13" Wins Two Gold Coin Events
First looking at the Gold Coins side, "Duckilla" started things off by taking down Micro Thunder 1-L GC 350,000 Guaranteed [Progressive Bounty, Super Deep] for GC 72,516.28 before "Crs728" won Micro Thunder 1-M GC 700,000 Guaranteed [Progressive Bounty, Super Deep] for GC 161,071.90.
The biggest winner on the Gold Coins side so far has been "Skeezer13", who started things off by winning Micro Thunder 3-M GC 600,000 Guaranteed for GC 154,593 before scoring another trophy and GC 61,500 in Micro Thunder 4-L GC 300,000 Guaranteed [8-Max].
