The Nevada-based distributed gaming operations of gambling operator Golden Entertainment have been sold to a J&J Ventures Gaming affiliate.
As part of a larger agreement that also included gaming operations in Montana, the sale was announced in March 2023. September saw the completion of Golden Entertainment's $114.0 million Montana deal, which included video lottery terminals.
The Golden Entertainment businesses will be acquired by J&J Ventures Gaming for $213.5 million in cash consideration.
