Golden Entertainment announced in March of this year that it was selling its distributed gaming operations in Nevada and Montana to J&J Ventures Gaming, a privately held company.
The $322.5 million price tag for that deal, which was recently approved by Nevada gaming regulators, included an additional $39 million that was due at closing. There have been rumors that Golden Entertainment intends to upgrade its Pahrump, Nevada, casino hotels with a portion of the proceeds.
