A new Chief Client Officer has been appointed by GR8 Tech. She started out as a Senior Product Manager for the company after joining the supplier in September 2021. In August 2022, she was promoted to CRM Product Head, and in December 2023, she was named Head of CRM Business Unit. At GR8 Tech, she is now assuming her first C-level position.
The action comes after the business announced in December that it would be going through a leadership transition period in 2025, during which the CEO would be appointed in the New Year.
