Gulfside casino partnership sue Arkansas officials over Pope County casino officials

Gulfside Casino Partnership claims in a complaint filed in Arkansas' Pulaski County Circuit Court that state officials collaborated with a rival bidder to secure a gaming license for Pope County.

The lawsuit says that Cross and a majority of the Pope Quorum Court conspired to disqualify Gulfside's $405 million proposal for River Valley Casino Resort in Russellville in order to settle a years-long legal fight over the license.
