A $329 million project in St George's Bay, Malta, is being built by Hard Rock International and the Malta-based db Group.
A five-star hotel, opulent apartment buildings, and a sizable retail center are all part of the project.
There will be 25 private suites with private pools and 394 rooms at the Hard Rock Hotel Malta, the majority of which have views of the Mediterranean Sea.
Incorporating these buildings into the new hotel design, the development also includes the preservation of British military quarters from the 1860s.
