Has a rich person ever won the lottery?

Most people that I have seen winning lottery are usually average people with average income or people from the poor background. I have never witnessed a rich people winning jackpot or lottery. one of the people I know said that there is particular one but he couldn't remember his name.

Yes if course, infact most of the people or gambler that has win a lots of lottery is from the rich people or gambler, a high percentage of them have won lottery several times and i still wonder why these set of people find it very easy to win the lottery

The fact is that the rich has more chance than the poor in winning gambling. The more you stake, the more you are increasing your chance of winning. And the rich have the money to stake whenever they want to stake on games.

yes it is always possible and indeed many people have won it as well ,the feat it not difficult to acheive you need constancy spending and a good budget to achieve this sort of luck actually indeed to be honest in my opinion .
