I have received a very prompt answer to all my queries from in a particular casino when I had issues with deposit and the customer care representative attended to my queries very quickly and it was indeed a fascinating experience and I would love to see that happen again . Although, we have seen too many people complained of the customer service of casinos not living up to expectations. What is your contribution?
 
There are wonderful casino who has wonderful customer service team and this casinos has good customer service just because they are responding to queries very promptly and they are responding to people very fast too.
 
I think most casinos know the need to have a high speed customer care response so they don't waste time when it comes to giving a quick feedback. I have noticed this with some queries I did have with them. The competition is stiff so everyone is trying to attract more users.
 
yes I have recieved that before , I think they don't answer you as fast as you want , it could be that there is a actually a problem somewhere and you are the one to understand that first before anything else occurs

This is true, and I do agree that the casino platforms and betting sites who have bad customer service are in the minority. With that being said, they do exist and it would help if they could recognize this flaw.
