You may be right at some point but you will not be totally correct because the casino need to be recognised bye Google and if it gets monetized , there's absolutely nothing wrong in it but I have not seen a casino website got monetized before.

I don't think that the casino is monetized by Google because it seems that there's nothing of such happening meaning that there is no way Google is going to monetize a casino website.
