In order to begin a trial staff training program, The Hippodrome Casino and EPIC Risk Management have entered into a two-year cooperation.
The two businesses will work together to develop a program that will be presented to licensed and unlicensed employees and will consist of 20 courses and four group evaluation sessions.
Staff members will concentrate on risk and harm in player behavior, vulnerability, stigma, meaningful interactions, and boosting confidence when it comes to discussing these things with customers as part of the curriculum.
