Holland Casino reprimanded for money-laundering compliance failures

The Dutch Gaming Authority sent Holland Casino a warning in 2019 for not adhering to specific provisions of the Law on the Prevention of Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism.

After the regulator looked into it, it was discovered that Holland Casino was not keeping a close enough eye on player behavior or the sources of the money used for gaming. The law requires adherence to these precautions.

Holland Casino was therefore required by the regulatory body to resolve these matters by particular dates, which it fulfilled.
