The incident you described is truly tragic and shocking. The fact that someone would intentionally set a race track on fire, resulting in the death of nearly 30 horses and two cats, is horrifying. It's even more disturbing to hear that the perpetrator was under the influence of drugs at the time of the crime, which likely impaired his judgment and led to such a heinous act.

The impact of this crime on the community, especially those who viewed the horses as beloved companions, must be profound. To many, horses are not just animals but cherished members of their families. The loss of these animals in such a cruel and senseless manner is devastating.

It's understandable that the perpetrator is facing severe consequences for his actions. The fact that he is now potentially facing up to 15 years in prison shows the seriousness of the crime he committed. It's important for justice to be served in cases like this to hold individuals accountable for their actions and to send a message that such acts of cruelty will not be tolerated.

The authorities and the judges involved in this case will hopefully ensure that the perpetrator is brought to justice and that the community impacted by this tragedy receives the support they need to heal from such a traumatic event.

Yes it is a significant development and in my opinion the judge should also make sure that he understand the gravity of the situation and then takes a according action in which no one is actually having undue action against him and the affected people are also able to get the benefit from their loss actually indeed
