Horseshoe Las Vegas official opens in December

We have known that ballys casino will be rebanded as the horseshoe Las Vegas for some time now. Infact in the last week Gambling show there where reported from the strip, they have showned some of the transition well underway. They was construction removing the Bally sign, and the name was already of the building. Now we know when Caesars believes the transformation will be complete.
