Rakeback is a system that rewards players for playing online poker at a particular cardroom. When a player plays a hand of online poker, the cardroom takes a small percentage of the pot as a fee, known as the “rake”. Rakeback is a system where a portion of this rake is refunded back to the player, usually in the form of cash or bonuses.
