I think there are some gamblers that have financial problem or issues due to gambling excessively , I think on a normal circumstances the gambler a are supposed to understand the scheme of investing and invest well ,they should know that multiple losses could be made if they don't do so

If gambling is always putting you for financial problem, the best thing to do is to leave the gambling and start something that's better. You're getting in financial problem because you can't stop gambling with money you can affotd to lose
