As a casino player, how can you tell if the odds are truly in the house’s favor or if the deck is stacked against you? Look for subtle clues or deviations from the expected: fewer deuces or eights dealt, cards grouped by suit/rank, delays between deals/payouts, chips that go missing, or staff that seems less than random in card/number selections. Over time, these small anomalies could signal a rigged game - but how much is too much before you walk away?

In a game of chance, such as poker or blackjack, players can tell if the deck is stacked against them by analyzing the cards that are being dealt. This is called card counting. Card counting is a complex and challenging skill, but it can be effective in giving players an edge over the house.
