How can someone get motivated to stop gambling?

I have one of my friends over here who is complaining bitterly that he always knows most of the time you engaged in gambling. He was asked to quit but he keeps saying that he lacks motivation to do so and this was a surprise.

One of the questions I want to ask you guys is that how can someone get motivated to stop gambling? thanks in advance.

One can actually get motivated to stop playing gambling by moving with friends and family that are not at all into gambling or sport betting, with the support of of this you relative that are not into gambling they can always motivate you to stop gambling.

Yes of course someone might get motivated and stop gambling, some people need just little counseling and immediately they quit betting, but we are always different from each other that's it
