How do you deal with losses?

I'm very optimistic that losses is not a good thing if you're playing today casino games but it is inevitable and your ability to study the losses is necessary you must be able to deal with it in a more robust and advance way so that you wouldn't get yourself into a big mess because you should know in the first place that losses is part of gambling and you should deal with it maturely.

Before when i lose any amount on gambling, i use to suffer it for almost a week because i don't have any plan for it before gambling. Now I'm only gambling with the amount i can afford to lose and I'm always okay anytime i lose from gambling. I'm always ready

It is better you take loss in good faith. There's absolutely nothing you can do about it because the money lost cannot be recovered except if you have another reasonable game we want to use to cover your fund.

I think some gamblers actually gives up when the losses are becoming too much and I would actually not blame them not stop them , because no one knows the problem they have faced and others in that range too
