I think when the casino user's is actually making complaint , it's really important to do a clear observation and others about the problem , so that you would have that verification if the problem is actually real and not fake , because there are some problem that are fake and composed by the customers

I think most of the time it's actually through experience and asking for evidence is also good , so that the person would know if it's actually a fake complaint and would actually know the next important steps to actually take in the first place
 
Now, it is not easy to defraud casino house and bookmarkers because of high level of technology they use to monitor their platform. Gambling is a serious business and millions of dollars are injected into the business, dont expect them to be naive.
 
yeah The casino platform could have high level technologies and others ,such that it would probably make it hard for them to get defrauded and others ,it would take the users a lot of process before they even do such
