The economic situation in my is not good and that has made the government to ban corporate bodies like lottery companies from buying dollars and other foreign currencies from banks and that means that they must have to use the black market in order to get it. The annoying thing is that you will have to deposit money into the bank if you want to withdraw and be paid in the official market rate. Is there anyway that you can go about this?

One way is to set aside a certain amount of money each week or month specifically for the lottery. Another way is to sell items that you no longer need or want, and then use the money from the sale to buy lottery tickets.
