How do you guage the happiness of workers in the casino company?

Casinos has faced a lot of rejections from certain areas due to religious beliefs and some other reasons . Some would work in the casino and they wouldn't be happy because they do the job just because of the high rate of unemployment. I would like to ask what could be used to measure if the Casino workers are actually happy with their jobs or not.

I think workers who are friendly and outgoing, more so with customers, are the ones who are genuinely happy with the job that they are doing. As a player, it is also a nice touch to give them a tip from time to time in order to motivate them to do their jobs diligently.

Your point is valid. Happiness is an intrinsic trait, and it will best be exhibited by workers who genuinely love what they do, and are loyal when provided with good working conditions including a good work environment.

What makes some of these workers happy may be seeing their customers winning. Sometimes, most of the people that win always give out some tip to these attendant, hence they are always happy seeing them winning.

Although I can't Guage the happiness ,but I believe that if they are well treated they would actually love to place more emphasis and would be very happy ,this could make them do the job for passion I think ,it's good to treat them well

I believe that their attitude and commitment to work will show forth once they are happy in a positive work environment within such an establishment. If they are genuinely comfortable, they will be able to also bring the best out of all other workers.

Their access to conducive working environments can create a strong sense of camaraderie among workers, which would obviously make it easier for an employer to interpret this as happiness, to be quite honest.
