It is very obvious that some of them will receive MasterCard and some other forms of payment gateways like the Paypal etc. There must be a reason why they would accept the payment system that they chose. I think that the country they operate will determine the payment processor that will be accepted . For instance, if they operate in countries that do not accept PayPal, they wouldn't accept PayPal as a payment processor.

Although what I noticed is that they actually choose the best , after they have observed and have tested how effective the payment option and system have been for them and then they would give it a trial first before anything else
