There is a guy over here who is looking for someone to buy his lottery ticket. He said that he was broke and he was looking for a way to raise fund to sort himself out. he is offering his ticket for sale to someone in need of it.

Check the back of the ticket for any retailer information. If there is no retailer information on the ticket, you can try contacting the lottery company that issued the ticket. They may be able to provide you with the retailer information.

It is much difficult to predict so without having any evidence the lottery may be from any part of the world but it would most accurately be from the country of the seller that is why you need to contact the lottery company .
