The best thing one could do to hide thee funds from their spouse is to create a new personal account and deposit this money. Then they can proceed to act like everything is normal in the marital home

Normally i do not plan to have a joint account with my spouse which means i can have any amount of money in my account without my spouse knowing about it. I can even create a usdt account and move the fund to it
