I think the ways some people takes to actually maintain abstinence is actually by monitoring how they invest , there are some people that make sure they regulate and monitor how they invest just to make sure they don't make continuous loss and others , gambling addiction has been a big problem from the start

How to maintain abstinence from gambling addiction?

If you're already addicted to gambling, there's nothing you can actually main ta again, you just have to stay away from gambling before it destroys your life. Gambling can destroy most life if you're not careful

Well this is true , I believe that it's left for the person to allow that ,if the person actually allows gambling to destroy his life it would actually destroy it , it all depends on the person in the first place I think tho

It is not an easy task, but one can desist and abstain from being addicted to gambling. One can decide to take a mini-hiatus from the venture and think about other activities that can be performed to take their mind off gambling.

I think it's really not an easy task ,many have tried this but have really failed maintaining abstinence from gambling comes with a lot of input , the person should be ready to put a lot into process to actually make that happen

I agree with this assertion. It is easier said than done to continuously abstain from a venture such as gambling. However, it will benefit you as an individual more if you proceed to take this course of action, to be fair.

it would really benefit to take the right step and absetein from the gambing addiction itself ,lot if people have been making huge losses off their investment and it keeps getting worse instead of better , becoming an issue for the gambler

Although giving up a gambling addiction is not simple, it is possible. One can choose to take a brief break from the endeavor and consider alternative things to do to divert their attention from gaming.

Taking a break from gambing is still very much better , I think when the losses are truly too much it's best to just take a break , because gambing can come with great amount of risks and others , many things should be considered

Your assertion is a credible one. Gamblers should engage in other activities to make sure their mind is not fully focused on the venture in question. This is the best approach towards avoiding addiction, to be fair.

Taking a sabbatical from the venture can also be beneficial for gambler in that they are able to stay free from engaging in this venture for a while. This may release their mind and enable them to stay focused on other activities.

Your comment is a reasonable one. Taking a break from gambling can help to curtail an addiction because they halt the vicious cycle that can be detrimental for the gambler's mental state, to be quite honest.

Engaging their selves in other gambing scheme is actually good , I think there are other way gamblers could be earning and they should always make moves to actually earn and others ,that's much more better in that way
