You know that there are a lot of discussion going on at the game house. there was a time in which discussion lead to scratch-off and someone said that it is pretty much easier to determine the card with winner.

One of the questions I want to ask you guys is that How to tell if a scratch off is a winner before scratching? I will be glad if anyone here can tell me the right process behind it.

There is no surefire way to tell if a scratch-off ticket is a winner before scratching it. However, there are some things that can give you a eck the serial number on the ticket. If the serial number is higher than the one on the last winning ticket that was sold, then it's likely that the ticket is a winner.
