The 32-year-old Californian who was slain on Wednesday during an attempted robbery at an illicit gambling establishment in Los Angeles has been identified as the security guard. At the unlicensed gaming site in Hollywood Hills, one of the suspects fatally shot the guard with a rifle. The Los Angeles police continued to look for the suspects during the latter part of the week.
