If you own a casino can you employ your family or friends?

If I own a casino, there's nothing wrong in employing my family members and my friends . If I know that they are so jobbless and they needed one badly . I do not see anything bad in helping others most especially those who are very close to me. I want members of this forum to discuss a little bit more about the subject because I want to know their stands on the topic.

When I actually have a casino company , I could actually employ my friends and families , really don't see anything wrong , the most important thing is that they are going to be doing the right work
