The Ohio Lottery Commission has given a contract to International Game Technology to supply its Intelligen central monitoring system for video lottery terminals.
The agreement, which runs from May 31, 2024, to June 30, 2033, was obtained through competitive bidding, and Ohio has the option to extend it for up to two more one-year periods.
The hardware and software for IGT's Intelligen central monitoring system, which will provide round-the-clock surveillance and assistance for more than 10,000 VLT machines, are included in the agreement.
