Illinois Gaming Board considers revoking VGT operator's license

The Illinois Gaming Board is still investigating how a restaurant owner with known ties to organized crime obtained a gaming license from the state. The agreement enables him to add video gaming machines to his Cicero eatery. Reports about his past, including his admissions that he had connections to the Chicago mob in business, have surfaced more than four years later. The IGB then questioned how he had originally been selected to run a gaming establishment.
